Dalmoy successfully delivered the refurbishment and fit-out of Urbana, working across three floors within a protected heritage building. The project involved a full internal transformation, including strip-out and reconfiguration, followed by the installation of high-end finishes throughout to create a premium, design-led space tailored to the client’s requirements.

Particular focus was placed on the quality and detailing of the finishes, with bespoke joinery, feature lighting, and carefully selected materials used to elevate each area of the space. While the building’s exterior was preserved in line with heritage requirements, the internal works deliver a contemporary, high-specification environment that balances modern design with the character of the original structure
