Krewe, Charlemont Square

The brief for Krewe South, situated on Charlemont Square was to convert and transform a blank space into a unique, lively restaurant. Krewe provided initial design drawings from Keatley architects to Dalmoy to create a second location of their hugely successful, NOLA inspired hospitality venue. Dalmoy secured the dual role of main contractor and project manager, tasked to create Krewes forward thinking vision to transform a grey box into a vibrant dining space. Dalmoy’s works included the installation and co-ordination of a full commercial kitchen with an extensive M&E package. As part of the project, Dalmoy created bespoke furniture, a bar, and a progressive unisex toilet area.
