Basin Lane, Dublin 8

Located in the heart of Dublin 8, the Basin Lane project saw the sensitive refurbishment and conversion of a historic former convent into 15 high-quality residential apartments for Focus Ireland.

The project combined the careful restoration of a building with over 300 years of history with modern construction techniques to create safe, comfortable and energy-efficient homes. Works included a deep energy retrofit, extensive fire safety upgrades, new kitchens and bathrooms, internal reconfiguration and high-quality finishes throughout, all delivered while preserving the character and heritage of the original structure.
